{"id":20925,"date":"2021-01-12T16:35:15","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T16:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ceramicarchitectures.com\/ceramic-shell\/"},"modified":"2025-06-18T09:06:39","modified_gmt":"2025-06-18T09:06:39","slug":"ceramic-shell-cevisama-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ceramicarchitectures.com\/es\/ceramic-shell-cevisama-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Ceramic Shell"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Flotando por encima como un par de alas gigantes, la estructura cer\u00e1mica, patrocinada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ascer.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASCER<\/a> y creada por el Grupo de Rob\u00f3tica de Dise\u00f1o de GSD y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.uji.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de la Cer\u00e1mica (ITC)<\/a> para la exposici\u00f3n internacional CEVISAMA 2014, consist\u00eda en una cubierta cer\u00e1mica de unos 7,8 por 4,5 metros en vista de planta, suspendida de las columnas centrales del edificio de la feria.<\/p>\r\n<p>El modelo escult\u00f3rico es una maqueta de un sistema estructural de cer\u00e1mica y hormig\u00f3n que descubre nuevas posibilidades estructurales de la cer\u00e1mica. El sistema de la \u201cconcha cer\u00e1mica\u201d fue parte de un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n que pon\u00eda de relieve las cualidades est\u00e9ticas y formales de un innovador sistema estructural desarrollado en su origen por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceramicarchitectures.com\/material-processes-systems\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MaP+S<\/a>, dirigido por el profesor Martin Bechthold, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el equipo de Andreas Trummer del Instituto de Dise\u00f1o Estructural de la Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Graz, Austria.<\/p>\r\n<p>La particularidad de la instalaci\u00f3n es que logra reproducir una cubierta cer\u00e1mica de doble curvatura resuelta con una \u00fanica pieza, cuando lo habitual en superficies de doble curvatura es el uso unidades de geometr\u00edas variables.
